SAMP 0.3c bug/problem

whenever i open samp, it says San Andreas Multiplayer 0.3c but when i load a server it says SA:MP 0.3b-RC2 has started any1 wanna help?

i got it installed but whenever i run a server, it says SA-MP 0.3b-RC2 has started connecting to server... server didnt respond retying...

try to uninstall the SA-MP 0.3b-RC2 full and download again the SA-MP 0.3c

im not the admin on my desktop so i have to ask my dad or sister, my dad doesnt even no i play gta and he doesnt allow me 2 but i play anyways so i gotta ask my sister if i want to run 0.3c then i must run it as an administrator sometimes when my sister is in a bad mood she wont type it down 4 me, if i unsinstall 0.3b then reinstall 0.3c i wont need the admin password right?

i think you need pass but i dont use it xD

EDIT: i tried that and it still reqiures admin password and runs 0.3b
